Introducing airasia wifi

We are rebranding! Say hello to airasia wifi. In the next few months, we will be getting a facelift as we rebrand our inflight entertainment & connectivity (IFEC) service from ROKKI WiFi to airasia wifi. The changes will be rolled out in phases, starting from the inflight portal to social media, website, and more. Please bear with us during this transformation - we just know you’ll love our new look!

Bigger data, better Internet Plans!

In our continuous effort to enhance your airasia wifi experience, we have upgraded all Internet Plans with bigger data and even better prices! As part of this upgrade, we have discontinued and replaced the Chats Plan (5MB) with the all new Internet Plans, so you can get more and do more. Check out all the new plans here.

If you have an existing Chats Plan access code, no worries! You will be automatically upgraded to the new Internet Plan upon using it during your WiFi-enabled flight, free of charge. This will be valid until 31 December 2019.

Discontinuation of Chats & Internet Plan scratch cards

We’ve gone fully digital! We have discontinued the sale of physical scratch cards for both Chats and Internet Plans, so you can enjoy the convenience of paying by credit card or your preferred online payment method. You can purchase Internet Plans from the airasia wifi portal during your flight, or here.

If you have an existing Chats or Internet Plan scratch card, you can still use it until 31 December 2019. Afterwhich, the Chats or Internet Plan will no longer be valid.
